Sheringham Town Council has launched “The Big Picnic” to celebrate our Queen’s 60 years on the throne. The event on Sunday 3rd June 2012 is expected to be the largest single event Sheringham has ever staged.
Sponsored by the Town Council the whole event will be free to everyone. The following day, Bank Holiday Monday, a beacon will be lit on Beeston Bump to be part of a network of beacons lit all round the coast of Britain.
